This Privacy Policy explains how Velamir ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with our website and our mobile applications (the "Apps", including SquashScore). By using our Apps or website, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

SquashScore does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. The app works entirely offline on your device.

Any data you enter into the app, such as player names, match scores, leaderboard standings, and match history, is stored only locally on your watch. It never leaves your device, is never sent to us or any third party, and we have no ability to access it.

• Information you provide in the app: player names and match results you enter. This is stored solely on your device.
• Information collected automatically: none. The app contains no analytics, no advertising, and no crash-reporting that sends data off the device.
• Permissions: SquashScore requests no sensitive permissions. It does not use the camera, location, microphone, contacts, or network access.

Website: Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics tool that measures aggregate site traffic without tracking individual visitors or fingerprinting devices. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) also processes basic technical data such as IP addresses at the network level to deliver the site and protect against abuse, under Cloudflare's own privacy terms.

2. How we use information

Because the app stores data only on your device and sends nothing to us, we do not use your information for any purpose. The data you enter exists purely to make the app function, keeping score, maintaining the leaderboard, and recording match history on your watch.

For our website, we use the aggregate, non-identifying traffic statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics only to understand overall visitor numbers and improve the site.

3. Third-party services

SquashScore does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics, advertising, or backend services. It does not use Firebase, Google Analytics, or any ads provider.

The app is distributed through the Google Play Store, and Google may collect certain information as part of the distribution and installation process under its own terms. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Our website uses Cloudflare Pages for hosting and Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate traffic measurement. Cloudflare processes this data under its own privacy terms.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell or share personal data. The app collects none, and the website's aggregate analytics do not identify individual visitors. We do not disclose personal data to third parties.

5. Data retention

All data you enter into the app stays on your device for as long as the app is installed. You can delete it at any time by clearing the app's data (Settings → Apps → SquashScore → Storage → Clear data on your watch) or by uninstalling the app, which removes all stored data permanently. We hold no copy of your app data and therefore have nothing to retain or delete on our end.

Website analytics data is aggregate and non-identifying, and is retained by Cloudflare according to its own retention practices.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under data protection laws such as the UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Because SquashScore stores all data locally on your device and we hold none, you already have complete control: you can view, edit, or delete your data directly within the app or by clearing the app's storage. Our website analytics do not identify you, so there is no personal record for us to access or delete. If you have any questions about your rights, contact us at privacy@velamir.com.

7. Children

SquashScore is a general-audience sports scoring app and is not directed at children. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
